Due to the fact that I began this blog ages before far before I entered the academic world or got any “formal training,” the beginning of the blog holds some rather unique entries. I think there might be a Tom Waits and cookie monster song? But they are all part of what I believe to be the evolution of this digital journal/document.

As I developed my relationship with my blog and grew into a more developed person, I learned how to express myself in a far more advanced audiovisuoliteracademic way. Yes, I just made that word up. But that’s how I feel about the blog- it is hearing, seeing, reading, thinking. Pop culture, technology, all of it.

I have gone back and forth with this blog, on and off, took time away and come back and gone through a few redesigns but overall I am proud of my work.
